TLM, just wanted to let you know I give 2 thumbs up for the butt stretch you showed a few weeks ago. I've been doing it before every workout, especially before legs, and its working out great.
When I first started doing them I couldn't go very far down, but now after doing them for awhile I can almost go all the way down to my leg while sitting on the chair.
