  • Oh shit.... Look what I found..

Now, first I must set this up:

I was originally simply trying to push my weight as high as would go. I get curious and I try different things as I get bored easily. After a few months, it was obvious that I was not benefiting much at all but rather setting myself up for problems. I got my blood pressure checked and it was off the charts when it had never been out of the normal range ever, in my life.

I immediately took 2 months off and quit both working out and stuffing my pie hole. I DID eat burger king every day for over 3 weeks and still dropped from 261 to 232.

I posted these pics for 2 reasons - to show how fat you can get and look and feel like shit for no good reason and to show that when you get your shit together and know what you are doing, no matter how shitty you look, you can bust your ass and change things around in a much shorter time than most would think you can.

The first pic was my Spring show of 2002. I am in the middle.
The second pic is the end of December 2002.
The third pic was taken at a show 6 months later.

There is almost EXACTLY 6 months between all 3 pics.

That is an amazing transformation Skip. :flex:

I had to do a double take on that second pic.

As with anything you get as much back as you put in.

So skip, what did you have to do to make that transformation? Was it mainly diet and cardio, or did you get some help from Clenbutorol (or whatever they call that stuff)?

I was under the impression that Clen was not that much better then an EC stack. And its not usually used till near the end of your contest prep. When you have that last little bit left just under the skin.

That is a popular opinion but I disagree with the above (all points, actually lol). I am going to post in couple days about my experiences with not only myself but with clients in relation to clen. I feel that clen works very well but the trick is to know how to use it, when to use it, how much to use, when to cut it or not cut it before a show, etc..

I did use clen for the third pic but I assure you that I have only recently figured out how to run the clen what I have come to believe is the absolute best way to run it for effectiveness. In fact, I really didn't notice much progress while prepping for that show from the clen and that is what made me take a long hard look at whether it was really worth it or not.

Sparky: That particular show I had to fight very hard for my end result. Sometimes preps go incredibly easy to the point that you don't feel like you are even prepping. Then, there are others that are just short of torturous. This one was just short of torturous and if you don't believe me, you can ask my wife. lol
Because of being so heavy, my body did not want to work with me much at all. I did a ton of cardio and only really started seeing big changes after changing to double cardio sessions about 4 times a week, on average. Now, most of you guys know that I am not hip to cardio. I want the diet to do the work if at all possible, first. I had little choice in the matter, though.
Basically, I dieted my ass off and did cardio like a mother fucker over about 20 weeks of prep.

LilMiss: I am sure that my wife would take the fat one all day long. The lean one gets kinda bitchy. ; )

Supersport: I have more - that is the bitch of it. LOL

Just wait. See, I have been slacking a bit lately. I have one coming up on synthol and my personal experiences, opinions, dosing schedule to do it right, etc.. Should be pretty good. I have plenty of other things to write about, too. I have a nice little list that should be pretty interesting.

                        Stay tuned....

                            Skip,

The transformation is unbelievably impressive. I don't think there is any way in hell I could do anything like it without some serious help. The best transformation I've ever done was a 40 lb loss in 15 weeks. It was really hard and I was basically clueless. I got to about 10% BF and looked lean but really not very muscular at all.

You have to have some "steel ones" to do what you did.
