OK. So two years, two surgeries and a whole lot of bullshit excuses in between and I have finally decided to get back into what I consider some type of shape. I'm dragging my little brother with me this time, too. We both have long stories...military, moves, losses and whatever other excuses we can get you to believe. When it comes down to it, this site helped me reach the best shape and most strength I've ever had during my last deployment in 2012 through your collective diet and exercise expertise and I'm hoping I haven't been left too far behind to catch up to you all. Not sure if I have the patience and/or time to post a full log, but we'll see.
I apologize in advance for any stupid or redundant questions I throw out there. I'll blame those on the little brother.
