    Log your workouts, diet and supplements and get feedback from other IntenseMuscle.com members! The support will come in handy to keep you motivated as most people start to fall out of their program about 4 to 6 weeks into the year.

                        Thinking of getting a journal started. I have been lurking on the forum a lot more recently as I have increased my interest in training again after opening a coffee shop in May.
                        Now I just have to get the funds together and get back with Skip. That will be instrument in the journey I think.
                        But couldn't think of a better forum to post then Intense Muscle honestly.

                            I'd still be basically NOWHERE
                            with a lot of facets of my training if not for yous guys in here helping me
                            The help I recievee is directly linked to me starting a journal
                            I see you didn't take a s#!t before deadlifting....
