  • Old school Advice that is overlooked today

    I love the video Ric puts out, and came across this one:

    While much of the old school bodybuilding wisdom has been updated or debunked, much of it still holds true today and can applied to our training. However, I think principles like the one mentioned in the video have been drastically overlooked and often ignored. I think this might have to do with the commercialization of bodybuilding, dissemination of poor routines/form, and countless other factors. I believe that sometimes simpler is better, and basic is best. What other "old school" principles do you guys/girls hold firm to?
