What's on your weight training bucket list?
What are the goals/things you want to accomplish related to strength training/athletics....these can be things that, maybe aren't your main focus but something you'd like to just once.
I'll start my listing the things I've done and then the things on my "bucket list
Bodybuilding competition (13x)
Powerlifting meet (12x)
Strongman (1x)
Obstacle Race (2x)
Powerlift @Nationals
1 more bodybuilding show
Learn to snatch and jerk/compete (this is something I'd really love to do but not sure if I can improve my shoulder mobility enough-I don't even need to lift any amount of weight just to properly execute the exercises)
Spartan Trifecta- run a Sprint/Super/Beast in one weekend (fri, sat, sun) this would be tough as the beast is 13 miles....tough but possible
