    You get one for

    Back width
    Back thickness
    Triceps
    Biceps
    Hams
    Quads
    Calves
    Forearms
    Delts
    Abs
    Traps if u wish

    Your goal is to become better
    Doesn't have to be bigger
    Could jus be stronger as goals are all different

    Jus want to keep the interesting ideas and dialogue going
