    I am now, and will forever be, a fan and proponent of Massive G's Powdered Muscle. It is the one supplement I have found that makes not only a measurable different, but a HUGE difference, in gym performance. That and BCAAs.

      I agree. At first the taste was hard to handle. But, I grew to love the taste.

        I'm a big believer in
        Hbcd
        Salt
        Eaas
        Vitamin c

        I feel like it helps endurance with hard sets
        And ESP as the week goes on (if carbs are lowered and you drop wt over the week)

        Ive used it in the past and I swear it helps with decreasing soreness
        If not right away then it at least alleviates it more quickly over the week

        I've trained with an without it
        And I prefer to use it

        I FEEL for ME I notice I'm stronger and more powerful through my workouts

        I don't get all hypo and shaky or weak as the workout processes
        I also feel it helps with pumps as well
        Def in the past when I was very low on carbs

        I love this shit

          I've noticed the Fruit Punch flavor of Powdered Muscle is OK, but the other one is fucking ATROCIOUS.

                Meh, I'm more of a purist myself, I prefer to stick to pre-workout/post-workout only nutrition. I feel I can't handle anything sitting in my stomach besides water when I'm training, and feeling full when squatting or deadlifting is a recipe for disaster.

                If I had to sip on anything during training, I'd stick to BCAA's or some quickly digestible aminos, sodium or creatine HCL + glycerine mono to help with hydration and a very small amount of carbs, dextrose or gatorade. Possibly throw in some caffeine in there too.


                I know some people like to go overboard with carbs during training (150g +), but I don't know if it's a fad or if these guys doing an insulin protocol. There's no way I can train with that amount of macros sitting in my stomach, whatever form of carb it is, I don't think gastric emptying can happen THAT fast. Hell, 20g of carbs already get me full.

                    2 scoops Buzzsaw + 1tbs creatine mono + 1tbs beta alanine

                    Intra
                    2 scoops Intra MD (HBCD + EAA)

                    Post
                    1 carton pasteurized egg whites
                    75g carbs from Pop-Tarts or pancakes


                    I previously used TN HBCD + Pepto and noticed no difference since switching to EAA's. Of all the intra concoctions I have used HBCD sits in my stomach the best. No different than drinking water. No fullness, no bloat. If you told me it was Crystal Lite I'd believe you.

                      The casien hydrolysate didn't make any measurable difference to me

                      The eeas are FAR cheaper

                      I also feel the hcbd is worth the money

                      I do not know that it makes a substantial difference vs post workout
                      Carbs as far as muscle growth

                      But I DO FEEL it lets me train longer/harder
                      Without gassing out

                      To me that's a good thing

                      Whether or not it's worth the hype as a holy grail of muscle building as many say
                      I don't think so

                      But training longer or harder for the same length of time
                      That's a good thing
                      And I notice I don't gas out as fast

                        I train early am on an empty stomach and have tried a bunch of things including

                        Massive G's mix (love it but the shipping kills me)
                        Intra Prime ( pretty good and sits well)
                        BCAAs and creatine (tend to bonk near the end of my session)

                        Right now its Pro Supplements Pure Karbolyn and BCAAs/creatine which I like alot.


                        I liked Massive Gs probably the best.

                            Have u guys tried getting the massive g unflavored and flavoring it with citruis c light flavors?

                            It was the ONLY way I could get the hydrolysate Protiens and harsh tasting compounds down in the past

                              The effect the standard IntraMD had on recovery for me was unbelievable. I'm currently trying the Lite version and haven't noticed much at all from it.
