So my conditioning is crap and I don't enjoy running hills as much as I used to. I was thinking about doing some car pushes to get my lungs back in shape. Does anybody have any suggestions for intervals or how many pushes?
This is what I was thinking:
10 minute warm-up
3-4 intervals of 20 seconds of pushing followed by 3-4 minutes of walking
10 minute cool down walk
