    So my conditioning is crap and I don't enjoy running hills as much as I used to. I was thinking about doing some car pushes to get my lungs back in shape. Does anybody have any suggestions for intervals or how many pushes?

    This is what I was thinking:

    10 minute warm-up
    3-4 intervals of 20 seconds of pushing followed by 3-4 minutes of walking
    10 minute cool down walk
    The average silverback gorilla in the wild is between 5'7 and 5'11, and weighs between 298 and 397 pounds (according to wikipedia). Why not shoot for that?
