  • Back Pump Question

I get bad back pumps when I cook. What is causing it? I can train all day and barely have any back pump, if any. BTW, I am all natural, and it isn't my lower back, it is in the middle of my back. Any supps to help it?

what are you cooking? I might have to add it to my back rotation

It might not be "lower back" but it is likely still your errectors - just further up to the mid-back instead of low back.

I gotta be honest I'm very puzzled by this.

        1) when you are cooking, are you standing upright and tall or spending a lot of time hunched over?

        2) are there other activities that you get this with?
