Hi. Been a long time lurker and reader and am putting this thread up just to make sure I am proceeding correctly. Very basic questions so thank you in advance for your assistance.
1) I'm not a competitor. Just looking to build muscle and lose fat.
2) If after a Sunday Skipload I'm just back to my base weight by Friday morning I need to shorten my load window, correct? Would I dial it back two hours and see how it goes next week?
3) I didn't do any cardio, just lifted weights and did two classes of martial arts which were more technique this week so little cardio there. I read somewhere on here Skip said if you're putting on muscle it's a different result but Ive read so much I can relocate that thread.
