So the general consensus is to avoid static stretching pre workout and do dynamic stretching instead. How about static stretching post workout? Some say static stretching is only good after a workout and some say to avoid static stretching altogether and do an easy cool down after your workout instead...what are your thoughts?

I do a more intense static stretching protocol after a workout and low-intensity static stretches on leg day before training legs. The pre-workout leg stretching is just to kind of loosen up and the stretching after is more about increasing flexibility.
