  • Test and Suppressed Memories

I've noticed that everytime I run any kind of test I have some weird dreams...they are memories not necessarily suppressed but events that have happened in the past. They seem to come to me when I am sleeping. So in other words, whenever I am running test I seem to have dreams about events from the past. These things were not traumatic or anything, but I never think about them while "off." Anybody else experience this?

Actually I think there is a corelation b/n dreams and GH release....at least I recall in a biochem class we were told gh realease makes ya dream during sleep.......I dunno.

I figured there was some scientific reasoning behind it, let me know if you stumble on any studies SS.

looking thru some of my stuff....dreams occur during REM sleep.

Freud says dreams "are the window to the soul"

Other than that just a bunch of psychobabble in my one book I have at the moment....

I recall reading something a very long time ago that suggested high carb intake before bedtime with a high amount of the amino acid arganine supposedly crossed the blood-brain barrier and caused GH to be released and viola....dream city.

I can not swear all of that is correct...it was a long time ago....and I would think high carbs at bedtime would be fatass city in short time.......

I bet Randy would have some insight....dude is a biochem whizz!
