    What are your goals?

Not a lot of calories so it looks more like a diet to drop a lot of body fat but I don't know how active you are, how you are training, how much cardio, if any, etc..

Hi thanks for the answer ! I do cardio Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am from Monday a will star a 3 days split DC programme .the exercise if you want I will put it down another day . I have two kids so sometimes is very hard to training consistently + I work at night and my job is like a hiit section of cardio it last 60 minutes so I barn a lot of calories . my chit meal are two a week but I will love to do a big load on Sunday . coz I'm not the hungry at the moment but I think in a mouth time my calories will go up . my goals are rich 100kg before I'm 40 of lean muscle .if I'm not clear I apologised but I find difficult in English ....

I would just evaluate how things are going after the first week of this and see how strength, energy and hunger are and adjust from there. If you are beat up or weight is down then add in more fat and carbs.

No need to apologize for your English. I work with people all over the world so I can usually decipher what you are saying.
