    So to put more mass on the long head of the tricep
    Curious as to what everyone's favorites are on this...

                Paused Close-Grip Benches and 3 board presses also with a close-grip.

                      I won't argue with some of the advice here but I will say that I don't get added stress on the long head of the tricep from a few of the exercises mentioned here. For those that do, cool, but I don't.

                      Anything that opens the angle of the torso and upper arm will put added stress on the long head. I believe that the angle needs to be open more than 90 degrees and the more the angle is open past 90, the more stress the long head will receive.

                        I actually have that same dip apparatus SAMMICH showed there
                        I reckon it's time to pound that with some incline close grips and some pjr and skip ext

                            @sammich and getting hugeified on the machine

                            Do you sit facing it? Or sit facing away
                            (I've seen some hella strong dudes sit facing away and strap there ass down with the seat belt... Then partner helps get the wt up and the rock out with it)
