Do you all were them when you lift? I've always worn just old school chucks but I've been having a knee issue. I wear them in my work shoes and such. But I'm thinking I should wear them when I lift as well especially squats and deads.

Personally, I never wear them. In fact, when I squat or deadlift, I take off my shoes and just wear my socks...crazy?...maybe, but it works for me.
Don't seem to have any knee troubles except when I don't lift for a long time and knee problems run in my family.
Squatting regularly seems to keep my knees pain free and happy...as long as I keep the IT band rolled out and stretched.Unless a man undertakes more than he can possibly do, he will never do all he can.
