Since there's such a tremendous amount of information on here, it can be very difficult to find it. For some reason, the built-in search feature on IM (powered by vBulletin) doesn't seem to work very well.

If you want to search for things on IM, I suggest the following:
-Using Google, search for information using the following input:
"site:intensemuscle.com SHITIWANTTOFIND"

That tells Google to look exclusively on the site intensemuscle.com for the search terms you put in. It works MUCH better than the built-in search, and you can find threads from years and years ago that way.
