    1st figure show

    I've been working with a friend since July for her 1st figure show yesterday. She is 38, single mom of 2. She worked her ass off and smiled the whole time. The show was the OCB NYS Natural XIV here in Syracuse, 179 competitors, it was a really good show. Well I want to brag because she won 1st in both Figure Debut and Figure Novice classes. I'm quite proud of her.

    Do you have her before pics...I am going to show this to my girl friend. She is 27 but have put on lot of weight and is depressed most of the time instead of doing something about it. I hope this video will be able to motivate her.

      I'll see if I can get them from her but about 5 years ago she was 170. We started in July at 136 and came in at 119.
