IFBB Juan Diesel's cheat day! Wtf!

This guy is ridiculous. I've followed IFBB pro Juan Diesel Morel for a few years now on other message boards and fbook etc, and he always posts his crazy diet and photos, but this is the first time I've seen video evidence of his eating ability! This is a whole cheat day he's filmed, but he's always stated that he has a cheat day like this every week, and even his weekday diet is ridiculously high cal with high pro, high carb, high fat, high everything! Gifted metabolism I guess.

I've been following some of his cheat day vids. The sheer volume of food is amazing. I don't see how his stomach can stretch so much. Practice I guess. He must spend so much time on the toilet. :flush:

Yeah I heard about that, but heard from some people that it was someone else with the same name? I dunno, if it is true and it is in fact him, then yes that's awful. But anyway, yeah the guy can eat, that's a disgusting amount of food, surely that can't be enjoyable.

With regard to this cheat day; as delicious and fun as that would be, overall health is certainly compromised no matter how low a person's body fat gets.

There's posts on getbig and bodybuilding.com about something regarding his neglect or abuse of a baby who later passed on as a result.

It is the same guy Its Juan Morel the pro bodybuilder... this was before he got into bodybuilding he served a few years in prison for it






New Rochelle father charged with assaulting his infant son

(09/12/03) WHITE PLAINS - A New Rochelle father is charged with assaulting his infant son, who later died.

Police say Juan Morel, 21, claimed his 5-month-old son fell on Wednesday and that's why he and the baby's mother took the boy to Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle. The hospital then notified police and after detectives questioned Morel, they concluded that the baby had been shaken. The baby died on Thursday after being put on life support.

Neighbors who live at 234 Drake Avenue say they always heard the couple fighting and the baby crying. One woman said she feels guilty for not reporting the fighting sooner.

Morel is now charged with assault and is being held at the Westchester County Jail.

Meanwhile, police are waiting for an autopsy report to determine the exact cause of death. The baby's mother has not been charged. The couple also has a 3-year-old daughter who is now in child protective services.

I think Juan is a good bodybuilder and has tons of potential. I know a lot of people comments on his leg size, and hopefully genetically he hasn't reach his full potential!!
