Setting up my carb cycling for off season and looks like on my low carb days my fats will be pretty high...like 120+
Besides the effects dietary fat has on our hormone production is there anything else? Basically, I'm trying to figure out if the fact that I'm on TRT changes anything when setting up a diet.
