fastest way to get a tan (sun)?

any tanning tips on getting tan, and how long does it take? hoping within a few days

being too pale makes it hard to see muscle separation when in bright light

i'm in socal btw

Step 1. Walk outside.
Step 2. Take off your clothes.
Step 3. Apply bronzer.
Step 4. Hang out.
Step 5. Go inside when you get really hot.

Repeat.

Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, neither will your tan be. Just ask Skip.

Step 1. Get a spray tan.
Step 2. Possibly avoid cancer and an ugly(er) face when you are older.
Step 3. Don't get caught in the rain.

Tanning bed if you're desperate to hit it hard. But even that will take a couple of visits.
