Been awhile y'all!

Been crazy busy the last while - hopefully I can get on here a bit more to help out in the powerlifting forum and wherever else I can

A quick update - getting ready for powerlifting Canadians May 17 in Calgary, Alberta...his 600 RAW last weekend at 187lbs
