    Maybe this is old and some of you have seen this, but this is very inspiring. I hope I can DL 405 when I am 70!

    Dude didn't even start until he was my age. Obviously he has some pretty good genetics, but still, I find comfort and inspiration in stories like this, and look forward to my later lifting years!

      Wow at him and his stringer (reminds me of a Lee Haney one from the mid 80s)

      He says it well. Age is a number, a state of mind. He is impessive. Another great example of you are how you think and act.

          I saw a program a few years ago called Pensioner Bodybuilders. Was phenominal to see such passion and dedication to remaining active at an age most people tell themselves they deserve to never move from an armchair
