Can someone give me some pointers on getting started working out again. I would really appreciate it alot. I am 510 178lbs. I took off about a month and a half of working out because of a major move to a new city now I am finding it hard to get started in the gym again.

You're gonna get some wise-ass answers to this question, but you probably expect it.
I say this with a smile on face.....Get off your ass and find a gym and get back working out!!!!!!! :enforcer:
Seriously, open up the phonebook and find some gyms near you and check them out. When you decide you like one ask them for a month price and a year price. Find out if you can pay for a month to see if you like the gym (the members, amosphere, and equipment) and then if you decide to stay then just pay the difference between the month price and the full year price.

Take it easy the first couple of weeks - if you go hardcore your first day back you will be so sore you won't be able to do anything but lay in bed.
Make sure your nutrition is as good as it can be....take a good multi vitamin/mineral to stave off any cramping that might try to slip up on you.
As for the movements, I would just do some basic compound movements of 12-15 reps the first couple of weeks. I would not train to failure, but with each workout put a little more intensity into it. Work on getting your rythm back so you feel comfortable.
Good luck and stick around.....workout. eat, sleep, and post up on IM!!!!
