  • tribulus/maca/nettle etc, any danger in taking this new supp?

my friend got me some bottles of this thing called batchT testosterone booster. google didnt turn up many results on reviews and stuff so i am just being cautious about what i put in my body.

i looked up some of these ingredients, looks like trib is useless and maca/nettle might be helpful. lol @ black pepper...

    here's whats on the label:
    1. zinc as zinc AAC 15mg
    2. Proprietary blend 1517mg, which consists of:
    3. Chrysin
    4. black pepper extract 95%
    5. muira puama
    6. ginger root
    7. nettle
    8. maca
    9. tribulus terrestris extract 40%

my question is is there anything i should be wary about if i were to take this? does this even have any benefits or is it one of those no-use supps?

    Proprietary blend..lol
No idea whats in the shake!!

By the looks of the ingredients, you may convert to an alchemist and start tending to plants.

The description mentions that it is shown to increase a multitude of things, yet no reference of link to study is on the page (im on a mobile so sorry if there is and i missed it).

Youd get more test boost beating the meat frequently and imagining naked ladies doing SLDL winking at you....if that didnt elevate test and get you to rep out PRs, thrn you have the hormones of a dead squirrel.

i can't even find batchT on google. looks like a new startup with no website...????

      hence the wary feeling :sammich:

Bigger, Faster, Stronger, sums up most supplements for me.

For a natty, I would only suggest:

        Creatine
        Whey
Omega 3 (I dont like caps, so I have cod liver oil on the spoon)
        Caffeine
        Multivatmin
BCAA's (when training fasted I use this..although in Dante's new thread he has had an interesting under the bar experience with BCAA supplementation over years)
Yohimbine ( use it when its time to cut the extra fluff away)

That being said, Multi vits and maybe Omega 3's become pointless in a well written diet containing free range eggs/grass fed beef/fish/Free Range chicken breasts etc.
Other than that I really don't see the need for much more, no magic is going to happen. Sure you could argue the toss for Maltodextrin/Dextrose (as per Homons thread, its up in the air at the moment, if you should or shouldn't add Intra), but when talking about what I would recommend for people off the bat, the above replies.

FWIW, I have never seen a use for pre workout stims (other than black coffee, which is a whole lot cheaper)..if you can't get focused to train without them, then goals need evaluating. Same goes for test boosters..they are not an elixir of life; just a snake oil.

A rather contradictory sentence don’t you think? Seems like based on your knowledge, however broad that may be, that there could be a very high percent of people who need to reevaluate their goals since they can’t focus without them if they use them..., Interesting choice of words.

I am not trying to say i am the all knowing expert on anything, so please don't see it that way and I certainly never meant it to come across like that, I am not arrogant, I learn everyday from people like yourself.

Please excuse my bad wording, I typed it quickly inbetween work (my error)
To clear up what I mean:

If you need a pre workout to get you to exercising/training consistently, then do you actually want to exercise/train. IE your using the stim to get you to exercise/train, so do you really want to exercise/train.
If on the other hand you use it to get you focused and 'buzzed' (like a smelling salt before a big lift) then great, I get that. We all have lives that annoy us and get us up and down, so adding focus is sometimes required. In my opinion the two are entirely different reasonings. That is my thinking on the subject.
I hope that makes more sense now. I know your not a mind reader and its impossible to grasp that from my short/sharp/matter of fact sentence. Sorry.

I mentioned coffee because it is a very cheap and effective way compared to a £30 jug of Superpump/jacked/jugganaut etc. That was my reason for mentioning it.
Hindsight shows I should take more care when typing quickly. Sorry Heck.

Please share your thinking with pre workout stims. I'm always interested in the opinions of others, if I agree or not.

Gotcha, it just came across as strange what you said. No worries at all.
I use them more often than not,but for me personally I rotate my preworkout stims to include, coffee, buzzsaw, and a couple other reasonably priced products. I get up at 2:30am and its either coffee on the way to the gym or something else before I leave. Sometimes its nothing.(rarely though)
I really don't consider it any different than someone who has coffee right when they wake up..I just have my caffeine much earlier than most
                I'm a focused mo-fo either way!

I'd just add that if you are looking to boost your T naturally, a few friends of mine were using MG Super Test boost and were making some solid progress on it. None of them got their bloodwork done but they did make faster gains... I believe DAA has it's merits and might be worth trying out.

I think to train for as long as you have (and indeed most of the long gone vets on IM) you have to be focused and driven internally.
Oh lord, I only see that time when my son is shouting me when he's ill! That's the exact reason for Coffee/Stims in my opinion and why I would use them..Like I said, I have had people asking me in the gym, which stim to take etc, because they don't have the motivation to train or because they can't focus when going to the gym anytime..LOL, then what are the goals of training..

This, DAA is the shit, mix it with 3000mg Tribulus from TN and you got one hell of a test booster. Though I'd recommend using a SERM with DAA as I got itchy nipples from it (There as a thread here some time ago where it was shown there was a correlation with DAA supplementation and Test conversion to E3 i think).

I recommended DAA and Libido 4 to a coworker who was on the low end according to his doctor but not eligible for TRT and he and his wife love it lol.

I had seen MGS thread but overlooked it mostly..with the responses on here, i may treat myself and order some and see if it changes anything (i only change 1 thing at a timw in training or diet so if i notice a difference..chances are it would be the DAA.

Then again because I may be expecting results, a placebo effect could occur? Or is that another thread again..

itchy nipples LOL wtf. can you scratch a nipple or do you need to pinch n roll???
i just tried and now im just playing with myself...thanks a lot.

doesn't help that it seems taking the "test boosters" will make me a walking tent.

only reason i have a ton of this is that i got it free >:[
