i must be doin something wrong.
after doin it i am pooped, but my outer quads aren't that stimulated. i try to keep a pretty close stance, heels on 2 stacked 35's (mgiht switch to 10s or 25s, its too high). i only do 25 on each side for weight and ~15 reps or so. have trouble standing after, but outer quads fine!
not sure. also, anyone do it without the pussy pad? the place where i put my bar on my hip crease hurts like hell, like the top of the quad near the pelvis.
maybe i need to play aorund with placing more weight on my heels or toes, or or get in a deeper position at the bottom (our smith is high).
