whey and milk protein difference, and yohimbine shelf life?

anyone know the difference between milk protein and whey protein differences? the super grade and milk protein are same cost, with milk being a better nutri profile. on TN

also, the yohimbine hcl caps: how long can i store them for if i buy in bulk? thanks

I think milk protein is 8o% casein and 20% whey.
The caps are probably good for at least 2 years if properly stored.

Milk protein is 70 casein 30% whey. Whey is 100% Whey.

I do a mix of 60% milk and 40 Whey isolate.

as aja said, it doesnt say anything. since casein is more expensive, it should be more than 7.99 if it is 30% casein but its the same price as whey super grade
