    So after seeing the old school thread and having dudes post about badges of honor nose bleeds and other bodily atrocities and seeing how much fun we all had reading posting I thought hey wouldn't it be fun to put up a thread and see what the most horrible huge or wierd blender bomb Protien type shake you've ever made was (man I can see this is going to attract homon skip and kidrok here with some WIERD concoctions)

    I uses to blend up
    4 eggs (farm fresh from granny)
    one scoop Protien
    8 oz apple juice
    Big tablespoon of peanut butter
    Banana
    Creatine
    8 oz milk

    In high school I did this about twice a day normally as I was broke these items were very accessible in my house and I was 168 lbs at 6 2 and desperatley needed to grow

      ive done some odd things but they all tasted good

      1 cup oats
      2 scoop protein
      a few oz grape juice or water
      banana
      2tbsp peanut butter
      frozen strawberries
      spinach
      walnuts sometimes or almonds
      eggs

      you can really put anything and blend it and still be good as long as the base ingredients are there

      i think the entire thing usually got to ~2 liters and ~1000 calories or more

        A long time ago when reading on another board i saw some huge dude advocatimg tuna blended with diet coke when cutting. I Was young and did it

            LOL i have debated putting chicken breasts in there but never had the balls to do it. tuna...wow

              I am far from adventurous when it comes to shakes. The craziest I have gotten was the typical protein/peanut butter/fruit/oats/milk.

              Tuna and diet coke sounds like vomit if a shaker bottle.

                Agree...you guys are gross. Hell, I've never even blended oats. Just protein, pnut butter, milk. Ya know..normal stuff. Ha.

                I did eat egg shells when I was in HS, b/c my Dad said it would get me stronger. I didn't know he was messing with me. He had to be super proud to see his first born son being a fool.

                    Not so much weird, but definitely gross:

                    2-3 raw eggs (yes, this was right after the 1st Rocky movie)
                    Powdered milk
                    Weider Protein ( had a consistency which was a cross between chalk and sand and a taste that was somewhat like wood or horse grain)

                      A MRP type shake I do regularly:

                      Egg whites
                      Whey
                      Kale
                      Ginger
                      Frozen fruit
                      Banana
                      Oats
                      Olive oil
                      coconut oil

                      With the amounts of each ingredient that I use, comes out to about 1700-2k cals. Don't ever measure anything, just kinda eyeball it.
