  • Vitamin C bad for recovery?

    I came across this publication about the effects of vitamin C on muscle recovery. I was surprised to read that it could have a negative effect on recovery. I've been supplementing with extra vitamin C and E for years because I thought that antioxidants were good for muscle recovery. I just wanted to hear thoughts from others on the board about this subject.

      Read it somewhere too. But as with most things training and nutrition, lots of conflicting info. I personally take 2g vit C pwo. Another 2g throughout the day too.
