At the start of my prep 15wks ago, I damaged my lumber on the v-squat, out for 3wks, & the last 12wks has been spent with a chiropractor.
Everything is so much better, to a point I returned to free bar squats 3wks ago, mainly to build core strength back up, & to pull my glutes off the floor
Only thing that's not gone back is my waist, it's 2" wider, any way of pulling it back in?
Thought maybe stopping the squats? Added side plank but not helped
