i sit here post comp sunday sipping my third milky coffee, with the Masters 1st place trophy sitting next to me and im feeling pretty well satisfied with the result of 14 weeks getting here...
i had hoped last year i needed and wanted to hire Skips services to prep me to win my class and qualify for world champoinships again, alas the situation here in Cyprus and Greece saw huge economic upheaveal and banks closed etc...so the domino effect happened, spiralling down to the point we are getting behind on getting paid late @ work as much as two monthly cheques behind!!! so i had to try read and learn and try understand the basics of Skips method and try do it alone using his dvd and all info on intense muscle.
i dropped wght as i baselined every sunday, doing the protocol with high water and same foods, every week , monitored my water wght and how long it took to base line again
i increased refeed window every week when i saw i needed it and finally the last week arrived...
now i was flying blind, i had to decipher abt water, sodium to be able to dry out for comp day...
i wont go into details of my attempted version of what i did, as its Skips business i would be bothering, but i BELIEVED IN HIS SKIPLOADING protocol and i did it right to the end, using no duretics and came in with a nice balance of fullness and dry, and even filled more for the night show to take my class..
thank you Skip and i hope i get another chance to hire you to prep me in the future if i get a sponsor or be in a financially better position to improve myself...:bb:
