I have an injury, I think under my shoulder blade, where it only hurts when I do overhead pressing. And it takes away most of my shoulder strength when going overhead. Any ideas of what is the cause? I was out of the gym for 5 weeks(personal reasons), and I thought that would heal it. I can't take Nsaids, or I would. I can bench, dead, row, squat without any pain or loss of strength.
