    I have an injury, I think under my shoulder blade, where it only hurts when I do overhead pressing. And it takes away most of my shoulder strength when going overhead. Any ideas of what is the cause? I was out of the gym for 5 weeks(personal reasons), and I thought that would heal it. I can't take Nsaids, or I would. I can bench, dead, row, squat without any pain or loss of strength.

    If the pain is right under your shoulder blade you might've torn your subscapularis or caused it to spasm. I'd recommend taking a visit to a good chiropractor or physical therapist.

    Do you remember the exact moment when you first felt pain? What were you doing?

      I don't remember when the pain started. But it got worse my last OHP session 5 weeks ago.
