Is it a concentrate, isolate, or hydrolysate?? Is it a high quality brand? Does it have additional carbs and fats in it?

I used to use a "quality" brand whey protein isolate but experienced digestive issues similar to what you are having. When I started to use True Nutrition for my protein needs, my GI disturbances vanished. Turns out the digestive enzymes that a lot of manufactures include in their protein powders was the culprit. I have had zero GI problems since switching to True Nutrition's Whey concentrate, Team Skip blend, and milk protein isolate.

BTW, I am finishing up my dental degree! Are you practicing in Greece or elsewhere?
