i am currently on a cuttin diet. taking tren, winny for 8 weeks eod, and for the first 2 weeks i am using 50mg's of dbol ed. anyways, i was mixing up a shake and decided to use the sugar free tropical punch kool-aid to mix my unflavored protein with. it was very good compared to some mixtures i have tried. true protein's unflavored protein is awsome, and it mixes quite well too
    mind over matter

Oh, i've got one I absolutely LOVE!!! It tastes just like one of those little chocolate andes mints. I don't make any other kind, just because I'm hooked on this one.

    8oz skim milk
    2 scoops chocolate protien powder
    2 tbs cocoa
    2 packets splenda
    1/4 tsp peppermint extract
    8oz ice

blend it up, drink, & make another!

use guar gum or xanthum gum. this stuff is cheap as hell in any natural food store, and you only need a pinch for about a 32 oz. shake (it is very strong). it will make a shake thicker than mash potatoes...

That is a good way TPC. But if your using skim milk and/or fat free ice cream be sure the ice cream is extremely cold and the milk is frozen. Don't over blend. Blend just enough to mix everything well. But if your not using what TPC suggested freeze the milk and go. YEE HAW!!!
