Ok i was just curious as to why Truenutrition is producing so many new proteins that are soy free? Is soy a bad protein source? And how much soy and egg protein should you put in a custom mix?

I think many folks are avoid soy due to a lot of it being GMO and the fear that it reduces testosterone and/or promotes estrogen in the male body.
I just use TN's Mega Mix formula and am loving it :-)SAVE 5-10% @ TRUENUTRITION.com Use code: LG100

Do some research into soy man. I have been avoiding it since I was a kid when I read an article regarding soy's inhibition of trypsin and a whole host of other bad shit. It's pretty pointless consuming high quality protein if you can't efficiently cleave peptide chains!
Unless of course it's already been done for you. Lol.TEAM :tea: SKIP
