                        How about pullovers whilst in only sparkly/spangly posing trunks, covered in butter and sprinkles singing "Do you really have to pee in a girl's mouth? Do you really have to pee in a girl's mouth to make babies?"
                        Don't get butter on your hands, though, as it makes holding the dumbbell difficult and dangerous. It is advisable to ask a friendly gym-goer to apply it for you.

                              I always use wrist straps when performing incline laterals
                              If your not ripping a tendon your not working the muscle to its fullest capacity!

                              I just kinda feel if the weight wasn't so heavy, I could lift it:
