Here is a link to an organization that is campaigning against the movement in Washington to regulate ALL supplements.
You can put in your zip code and it comes up with a form that you can fill out and email a letter to your Senators and Members of the House.

Can you imagine having to get a prescription to get a multi-vitamin? Or protein powder?

Yeah, you'll probably have to go to the dr's office for them to check you over....that means $$$ for office visit / co-pay and then off to the store for you're now over priced multi's with another co-pay.

Rant away, Heck. Some folks might not get into the other forums and inaction on the part of voters lets loads of things get passed that the public really doesn't want if they were to spend a half a second thinking about it.

Something very similar was attempted in or around 1992.

-Mr. David Kessler, Director of the FDA-tried doing the very same thing.

He tried to get congress to pass a bill that would require a prescription for vitamins etc.

I recall Sen Orin Hatch, R-Utah, getting on TV and saying that there was more outrage over this and more phone calls in Washington than ever before. The bill died an early death.

Hopefully the same thing will happen this time.

Can you imagine heading into the state pen for buying underground Vitamin C?????

And this is exactly the reason we need to be heard! You let big brother start doing this kind of crap, this will be only the begining of what they will attempt to take away from the people!
