I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a monthly thread dedicated to discussing a True Nutrition supplement and your experience with it. If the interest is there I will try to present a new supplement each month. I will include how to use it based on current information, and the research supporting it's use. The great thing about a thread on a board like this is that you have such great contributors liken Hormon, Skip, Mental, and even Sammich that know their stuff and can add some good information to the conversation, not just bro science.
