Hey everyone. With how well ISOM seems to be going I wanted to see if there would be enough interest in me putting together a new training video/log thread. I have been extremely happy with the way my training has gone and would like to share some of the information with you all, but I wanted to see how many people would like to see it. In other words I want to see if it is worth the effort.
