    Look at those spinal erectors...god damn. Deadlifts to knee height were a staple in Dorian's routine for years.

    He didnt do rack deadlifts,he did them to knee level.
    Is it the same?

      Not the same. He did them outside of a rack so it was all muscle control slowing and stopping the weight.
      He went just below knee level.
      Heavy squats fix everything.

        So your saying he did them like a regular deadlift but just stopped and knee level and went back up, there was no platform at knee level ?
