How many of you incorporate fresh fruit into your everyday diets?
it seems to me that alot of bodybuilders don't include fruit (or very little of) in their diet, and i am not exactly sure of the reasoning behind this.
I am current in a mass gain phase, and i love nothing more than having a piece of fruit after a meal (especially apples!). I have around 2-3 apples + a pear every day.
'Not only is it an easy way for me to add calories, but more importantly it satisfies my sweet tooth (it feels like im eating candy, but im not) plus i get all the benefits that fruit provides!
