I was thinking of starting a diet of just tuna, chicken, fish, rice, and some fruits. On this diet i would only drink water, milk, orange and apple juice. I wanted to try and cut back on carbs and up protein for about a month and then go back on a bulk and this is a healthy diet i think will work well. If there are any suggestions on my diet please post them...I will also be using whey protein and multi's.
