does anyone knows whether rice cakes are hi GI carbs or low? all the rice cakes i found are made from brown rice...so does this make them low GI?

they are like a medium, because the brown rice, but then out of the 11 grams like 2 are from simple type carbs (sugars)-- but are definatly NOT something i eat unless training for a show, which i do for 1/2 the yerar usualy, get sick of them, lol, have a bag in cupboard since mayim not hardcore, im not cool, pretending any different would be acting the fool--- ill leave that to those who are good at it
