I was wondering if any one had any good ideas for a skipload that are easy to eat all day long. I seem to feel bloated and uncomfortable real quick and I end up not eating more than 500 grams of carbs. I have tried lots of different meals but it's a struggle.
Any guys go advice? Desperate here, feel like I am wasting my skipload day by not eating enough.
