  • Problems with my Skipload

    I was wondering if any one had any good ideas for a skipload that are easy to eat all day long. I seem to feel bloated and uncomfortable real quick and I end up not eating more than 500 grams of carbs. I have tried lots of different meals but it's a struggle.

    Any guys go advice? Desperate here, feel like I am wasting my skipload day by not eating enough.

    When you get bloated and uncomfortable, that usually means it's time to stop eating.

    What foods are you currently eating during the load?

      Drink gatorade with meals to squeeze in carbs, maybe try some gluten-free stuff....that seems to help some people with the bloat? And maybe you go too fast with the load, I found that if I start with some smaller meals with ~100-150 sugary carbs I could get a few of those in and then have room for a couple of much bigger meals later, if not more.

          I did well on having breakfast as the largest skipload meal and tapering the meals as time progressed. Also liked having pretty equal Meals throughout the skipload day.

              Ketchup is a skipload food, Jesus mother of Mary, Cereal will never ever fill me up without milk, I can eat bag after bag. Pizza will fill you up and so will fluids, Just eat, eat until satieted, not bloated full, if you are still getting bloated then there are food intolerences in your diet. JW its and easy concept, do not F this up

                    Lol.....exactly.....the only time I get miserably bloated is if I just go nuts and almost force feed myself. Now sleepy, that's a different story, but not miserable....I'm actually quite elated just looking at the food I'm allowed to eat....and I feel even better once I eat it....

                        I usually stop eating during said "meal" when I stop having "fun" eating. There is a point where you feel like you could possibly squeeze in a bit more food but it becomes kind of a chore. Stop just before that, imo.

                        You'll be hungry an hour later, anyways

                              lol. I get way more like this if it is a short skipload. If it is a long one, i will go slow and steady, but if I've only got a few hours, I'm pounding food as best I can. Not quite to this point though, as a (life) rule, if you end up fetal, you did something wrong.
