I have been Olympic squatting for about 6 months. I usually bounce out of the hole and have been having pain on the front portion of my ankle. If I were looking down at my foot it would be right above where where my shoe laces would be. Anyways, is this most likely due to a lack of ankle mobility? What would be the corrective suggestion to help my ankles out? Any tips would be awesome.
Also, I recently switched to a semi sumo deadlift position to have a safer starting position in regards to my lower back. My knee popped the other night and has been feeling a little less stable/mild pain on the front of my knee. Is Sumo dead lifting hard on the knees?
Thanks alot
