Last Prep Ever

Last time I stood on stage was 2002. That is where I first met Skip. Last summer, after taking almost 2 years off from the gym completely, I decided to get back on the stage one last time. (I keep saying no matter what, I am done after this one) One, to get back in shape, and two, to see what I could do 10 years later at 34. I have been working with Skip since August and what a transformation thus far. I am just under 6 weeks out and here are a few not so good pics. I will hopefully get a few more up at 4 weeks and 2 weeks. 5'9, 210 lbs in these pics.

Thanks guys. Since I was so outta shape it has been a long, grueling prep. I forgot how difficult it was. You know how hard it has been to not eat Taco Bell?

Thanks guys. It has been exciting to see my fat ass transform. I am surprised that I still have some muscle under all that blubber.
