What's the best one out there? I'm having a difficult time figuring this one out. Are they even necessary? I've read where they make zero impact on a person's health.

I actually decided to try not using a multi a while back and after a few days I noticed I would start to lose energy in the mid-afternoon. Placebo effect or not, this happened to me. To me, they are an inexpensive and worthwhile investment to ensure complete health.

I've been using Sportspharma Multi-V. It's pretty cheap and has a good profile but I mainly take it because it's cheap. I've always seen multis as insurance in case I don't get the micros I need from my food.

          Control labs - orange triad

It has digestive enzymes and immune and joint support.

I just buy whatever generic multivitamins are cheapest. I sincerely doubt they make much difference at all, but hey, it couldn't hurt. Unless you take all of them at once.

Lol. I give my girls princess gummy vitamins. I'm not ashamed to say I've eaten a few myself.

I've never seen one with digestive enzymes before AND joint support. That sounds like a winner.

I've read many good things about the orange triad. Might have to give it a try.

Tried it...too many pills and fillers if I recall correctly IMO.

for me I know what joint stuff works and my digestive track isn't the best.

So for me it makes my life easier and $$ wise its the same I was spending on each individual thing.

Another good one is NOW adam.

I've used ADAM before. I agree.

Carlson makes some good products, I love their fish oils.

Orange Triad here. It has tons of great things in it w/o any strange 'trace' supplements that have questionable use. Also iron-free.
