I need some ideas, hints, tipps, etc for my training.
So far my training looks like this:
Unit 1
Hackenschmitt Squat
Bench press
Rows
Unit 2
SLDL
Military Presses
Pull ups
3 Sets 5 reps for each ex, except military presses. there it is 15 reps due to occuring ellbow joint paint when using heavier weights.
What can I change in relation of intensity techniques, reps and sets and so far? I don't want to add extra exercises due to a time limit for my training session.
