being a former 300lb powerlifter i suffered with sleep apena
The CPAP helped greatly but the one thing was loosing weight!
Another problem the slp apena caused with me was High Red Cell count-above normalIf your not ripping a tendon your not working the muscle to its fullest capacity!
I just kinda feel if the weight wasn't so heavy, I could lift it:
