Before I get to the questions I have, here's how my diet looks like.
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey (TN, WPI- Cold Filtration)
10g Bcaa
10g Eaa
Meal 2: 366g Cottage cheese
140g Bluberries
Meal 3: 10oz Chicken Breast
6oz Green Peppers
Meal 4: 10oz Tilapia (Pre Workout Meal)
200g Sweet Potato
6oz Green Peppers
Meal 5: 2 scoops whey (Post Workout Meal)
10g Bcaa
10g Eaa
70g Karboload
Meal 6: 10 Egg whites
5 Whole Eggs
56g Shredded Cheese
2 Whole grain tortillas
All my meals equate to 400g Protein, 150g Carbs and 74g fts.
My questions are:
I've reading about Psyllium seed husk fiber and I'm thinking about ordering some fro TN. In capsule form, I believe they come in 500mg per capusule. Where in my meals can I fit this in? How much should I take? with or without food?
Second question is, Im interested in ordering beta alanine. Same applies, How much? When?
